Finally… after months of development… We are ready for extended testing!
YES! I am finished with all preliminary development and think that I have a final product ready to go. I have manufactured a few production equivalent prototype timers.

I would like to get four of these timers into the hands of Toastmaster District and Area Governors that:
(1) are experienced in running contests.
(2) would like to try out a NEW Contest Timer.
(3) would be willing to tell me what they think.

I am currently looking for one more Area Governor and two more District /Division Governors. If you know of a current District or Area Governor that fits this description please have them contact me at adh@baycoast.com. I would be providing to each Governor (free of charge) a Contest Timer Clock to use at upcoming contests and club meetings. We developed the Timer with input from many experenced toastmasters and I am really looking forward to hearing feedback by an even more extended group of users. We really think the design is good… but we would like the opinion of still more experienced toastmasters.

Just read a fun article that a friend sent me about Time. Since doing all this work on ‘Great Timer’ and understanding just how precise and accurate timing is… Well Sean Carroll, theoretical physicist at CalTech, takes the idea of time to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! It’s kind of a fun read. Reminds me of physics classes back in college…
