The following SIMPLE instructions are all that any timekeeper needs to know to properly time speeches using this clock.

The instructions for the Timer Control Buttons are presented in two columns

The actual ‘Timing Functions’ of this clock really are this easy to operate…

(1) If the words ‘Make Selection’ are flashing –you will make your speech time length selection. Read the button instructions in the Red Column to select a longer or shorter speech time.

(2) After the length of the speech is selected the “Make Selection” prompt stops flashing. Now you begin timing by following the instructions in the Blue Column.

Thats all there is to it!

(There are a few Advanced functions that supersede these rules. But they are for clock administration functions not Timekeeper Functions.) So… Training is easy very easy for Timer operators. (as long as you can convince them that it is as simple as ‘follow the instructions above’ )
